Track
Clipper or Editor. One each, and it is the only thing that decides which channels open. If you genuinely work in both, that is a support ticket with something that shows it, not a second click.
Elite is the floor above each track. Higher rate campaigns land there first and briefs open there before they open to everyone.
You are in here because the work earned it. Elite is not permanent. It reflects what you are doing now.

The live ladder, top to bottom. Elite Clipper and Elite Editor sit above the track roles and below every staff role, which is the whole design. Elite is standing among the people doing the work. It is not a step into running the place.
Roles in Cast run on three axes and only the first one gates anything. Track decides which channels you see. Standing sits on top of the track you are already on. Tags describe you and change no access at all. The rule behind it is short. Gate the craft, not the person.

Elite. It is earned inside the track you are on, so Elite Clipper and Elite Editor are separate roles held by separate people. There is no Elite that spans both.
Entrepreneur is the first one. Tags stack, they are self serve, and they open nothing. A clipper who runs a brand should not have to choose between getting paid and being visible as demand.
Two separate floors with the same shape. Announcements, a start here, the room itself, and four voice rooms sized 2, 2, 2 and 3. The banners below are the ones posted in the server.

Role · Elite Clipper
Sits above the Clipping track. The campaigns that pay above the published rate go in here before they reach the open campaign board, which is the whole reason the floor exists.
Elite clippers only. Higher paying clipping campaigns and early access before they open to everyone. The live channel topic

Role · Elite Editor
Sits above the Editing track. Editor briefs are routed by hand and the ones with a budget on them get offered here first. Nobody in the room is bidding against the open board.
Elite editors only. Earned, not given. The live channel topic
Promoted by HOD Editing
Both floors are live in the server right now and both are empty. The rooms were built before anybody was promoted into them, which is the correct order and also the honest state of it.
Stated as behaviour, because a perk you cannot check is decoration.
A campaign that pays above the published open rate is posted to the Elite floor before it reaches the open board. The rate is still published in full before you cut, same as everywhere else.
Early access to the brief, so the approved creator list and the assets are in your hands while the campaign is still filling. Cutting first is worth more than cutting well on a budget that is nearly spent.
What gets said on the Elite floor does not get repeated outside it. That is the only rule in there and it is the reason anything useful gets said.
Two open rooms, a Duo capped at 2 and a Trio capped at 3. Cast runs on voice, and the small caps exist so a working call does not turn into an audience.
There is no threshold that promotes you automatically. The head of your track runs the command by hand, and that is deliberate. A number can be farmed. A judgement about your work cannot.
One form at the door. Name, email, phone and your main handle. Then one question for the track you pick. Clippers give a top page, editors give a portfolio.
Clip drops and edit drops, wins with the numbers on them, and time in voice. The track leaderboards post twice a day at 6 AM and 6 PM IST, so nobody has to ask how they are doing.
One command, run by the HOD of the track you are on, and only inside that track. HOD Clipping cannot promote an editor and HOD Editing cannot promote a clipper.
Elite reflects what you are doing now, not what you did in a good month. The same command takes it off. If that happens you get told why, in the same way a rejected clip gets told why.
/hod-promoteRun by HOD Clipping or HOD Editing. In track only. Anyone else who runs it gets told it is not theirs to grant.
The category is full of tiers that turn out to be a payment or a follower count. This one is neither, and the fastest way to prove that is to say what it is not before anyone asks.
There is no fee, no boost requirement and no upgrade. Nothing on the other side of the door asks you for money at any level, including this one.
It reflects current work. Going quiet for a stretch means it comes off, and it can be earned back the same way it was earned the first time.
Elite Clipper and Elite Editor are separate roles. Being Elite on one track grants nothing on the other, because the two floors protect different craft.
An older version of the server granted Elite at 200 invites. That route is off. Bringing people in is worth something on its own, and it is not this.
Both floors exist in the server today and nobody holds either role. Publishing that is the point. A tier that claims members it does not have is the exact thing this one was built to be the opposite of.
Cast is being rebuilt around two tracks and verification is shut while that happens. When the doors open the Elite floors open with them, empty, and the first people promoted onto them will be promoted for work done after that date.
There is a version of this page that says Elite is exclusive and leaves the number out. It would read better and it would be worth nothing, because the one thing being sold here is that the figures on the page are the figures in the server.
There is no published number of clips or hours, because nobody holds the role yet and inventing a threshold now would be a promise the ops cannot keep. What the head of your track is looking at is work posted in the open, wins with real numbers on them, and time spent in voice with the rest of the track.
No. You hold one track, so you can hold one Elite. If you genuinely work in both, open a support ticket and say which, with something that shows you do both. Somebody reads it.
No. A campaign has one published rate and everybody on it is paid that rate. What Elite changes is which campaigns you see and when you see them.
Yes, by the same command that grants it. It tracks current work rather than a past month. If it comes off you get told why and what would put it back.
None of the three. The server makes money from campaign budgets, so charging the people doing the cutting would be charging the wrong side of the table.
It does not carry. Standing is earned inside a track and moving to the other one means starting on the base role there. Switching goes through a ticket rather than a button, for that reason.
No. You post on your own accounts and the work is judged on what you cut, not on the audience you brought. That is true at the base role and it stays true here.
Verify, pick a track, and put work where the head of that track can see it. The floor is built and the door out of the base role is a person reading your clips.
