The approved creator list and the campaign assets are in your hands while the campaign is still filling, rather than after the open board has already picked it over.
A room that stays in the room
What gets said on the Elite floor does not get repeated outside it. That is the rule the floor runs on and it is the reason people say anything useful in there.
Paid leads land here before anyone else
The elite leads channel sits on this floor. Work is posted here first and opens to everyone else after a delay, so the people on the floor get first refusal rather than a race.

A head of track can promote you for free at any time, and that route is unchanged. This one opens the same rooms today without waiting to be noticed.

Answered plainly
Does paying make me promoted?
No. It opens the floor and everything on it. The Elite standing that a head of track grants by hand is a separate thing, it is still free, and it is still the only one that says somebody judged your work.
Can I still be promoted for free?
Yes, and that route is unchanged. The head of your track runs the command by hand after watching what you put in the drops. Paying does not make that more likely and not paying does not make it less likely.
Is this per track?
Yes. Elite Clipping and Elite Editing are separate floors with separate rooms, and opening one opens nothing on the other. The two floors protect different craft.
What happens if I stop?
The floor closes and you keep your track. Anything you earned by promotion is not affected, because it was never the thing being paid for.
Do Elite campaigns pay a different rate for the same work?
No. A campaign has one published rate and everybody on it is paid that rate. What Elite changes is which campaigns you see and when you see them, not what a clip pays once you are on it.
Nobody holds Elite today. Why is that on the page?
Because it is true on 1 September 2026, and the whole offer here is that the numbers are checkable. Both floors are built and both are empty. The first people in them will be there because they opened the floor or because a head of track put them there.
