Three separate systems can take your money or your account, and clearing one of them does not clear the others. Copyright asks whether a rights holder authorised the footage, which a campaign licence settles and a recorded stream does not. Recommendation and monetisation rules ask whether you added something, and they judge the account or channel as a whole rather than any single clip, which is why crop-and-caption alone fails them. Fraud scoring asks whether your view pattern looks bought, honest clippers do get caught by it, and you usually get one written appeal, so keep records from your first clip.
Money only flows toward you. Any join fee, unlock fee or required course purchase is the scam, and there is no version of this trade where that stops being true.
